Allison and Mike | Cornelius, NC

This summer evening spent with Allison and Mike was the sweetest. These two met at Catawba College during Allison’s senior year. Mike was already a year out of school and their paths had never crossed until then. They started their relationship as long distance with Mike living in Tennessee and Allison living here in North Carolina and persevered through that long distance for three and a half years. For the past two years, they’ve been building their lives together in Charlotte, with Allison working as a veterinarian and Mike working in sales for professional sports teams. When describing what she loves most about Mike, Allison noted his sense of humor, his persistence in difficult situations, and his kind and forgiving heart. Their love of their pup and frequent dates to local restaurants bonds them together in a strong friendship. I loved learning about their lives together while we explored Jetton Park, and any session that ends in a ten minute long conversation about Marvel by the car is a win in my book.
